printing in excel

in excel mode i have typed name, address 1, address2 , city in different columns. how do i take a print in label format.

Higthlight all the wanted cells, then click on File/Print Area/Set Print Area
You can now print it.

You may want to rearrange first though, all cells in the same column, e.g.
name
address1
address2
city

rather than: name, address1, address2, city

i cant rearrange the columns, i know this can be done thru. fox pro, but do not know the exact steps.
