Public terminal w/ Win 95

Hey, I need to set up an old Win 95 machine as a public terminal displaying only a dos (kermit) shell.

It's usually attended, so I'm not that worried. But would be nice to set it up so that people can't close the window, etc.

Any ideas how to do this? Other warnings? -thanks, ed

How about using plain DOS? That'd scare off the point'n'click kiddies :p

You could replace the explorer.exe with the kermit shell.. In system.ini change shell=explorer.exe to shell=whatever to run whatever instead of the Explorer environment at startup.

Tedster, this is Appalachia. We have tons of w95 machines in use!

Nodsu, that may be the ticket. Though I'm not yet sure of the practicalities!
