To fix the problem,
1.On the Windows taskbar, click Start > Run.
In the Run dialog box, type regedit
Click OK.
Go to the following key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\VirtualDeviceDrivers
In the right pane, delete the VDD value.
In the left pane, right-click the VirtualDeviceDrivers key, and then click New > Multi-String Value.
Type VDD for the name of the new value.
Exit the Registry Editor.
Restart the computer.
2.Update Symevent files http://service1.symantec.com/SUPPORT/ent-security.nsf/docid/1998092408260848?Open&src=bar_sch_nam&docid=2003092516423148&nsf=ent-security.nsf&view=529c2f9adcf33a1088256e22005026f1&dtype=&prod=&ver=&osv=&osv_lvl=&seg=
