Anybody know why im getting like 9 choke?

MY ms is nomrally 18-25.

What excactly do you mean by "choke"??

Under Net_Graph 3 it shows choke and i go up 9. I see line cracks in my screen and they shouldnt be there.

I had the same problem untill i did a little more research on it. It seems to be a problem with the server not your computer if you are to change your rates to equill the tick rate of the server your choke will drop. I.E. 66 tick server rates would be set as below. If you work those commands into your config it makes it easyer.
