i have a 700Mhz cpu running at 708Mhz(i didnt add it) its an intelr celleronr socket 370. how do i overclock it? i dont think that i can. if i can by how much should i overclock

If its a store brand computer like a Dell, HP, Compaq, Gateway then you are pretty much out of luck.
