DulaxTwo7 11-25-2006, 12:02 AM Hey guys, Im trying to find a place to download a free MP4 converter for my ipod. any suggestions?? TimeParadoX 11-25-2006, 12:07 AM www.download.com > MP4 Converter Look for one that has high scores and see if there is a Popular one with a Cnet review ;) Ad 11-25-2006, 12:07 AM HillJack 11-27-2006, 08:32 AM <shameless plug> I am currently/slowly developing some software that will do just that - TigerPod (http://tigerpod.net). It's written in .Net, uses ffmpeg and will be complete freeware. I have tried all the shareware convertors out there and they're all complete crap (imo), hence creating my own... DulaxTwo7 11-28-2006, 01:04 AM hey, Im more or less a Newb to this world... how do i download and use this program??? CrossFire851 11-28-2006, 02:28 AM awesome software. Thanks M8. :) DulaxTwo7 11-28-2006, 10:51 AM Im still not sure how to download this application... as previously stated im a newby in some aspects of computers... thanks guys. HillJack 11-28-2006, 11:52 AM If you are referring to my TigerPod (http://tigerpod.net), it's not available for download right now -- I still haven't put together an installer package (which, in all honesty, will consist of a ZIP file with the tigerpod.exe and a copy of ffmpeg.exe). If you really want to try it (it only accepts .avi files right now), then there are instructions on the website on how to get it. CrossFire851 12-01-2006, 12:21 AM that's what makes it great AVI files. HillJack 12-02-2006, 10:47 AM For those interested, I have release a very early alpha version of TigerPod (http://tigerpod.net), now listed on the website. |
