All other games work fine

x1900xt 512MB (695 Core/837 Mem) Voltage bump on the core only: 4500
2Gig OCZ 667MHz
80Gig HDD 7200RPM

So it only works in the Menu of Farcry and all other games work just fine?

It is probably the game itself, Did you try to reinstall the game or Update the driver to the mouse ( if there is such a thing :haha: )

I'm having the exact same problem. I can use my mouse just fine in the menu, but not in the game. I'm using a logitech g7 Cordless mouse.

Did you ever find a soloution to your problem?

Click the "default" setting on each option page, start the game, your mouse should work. After that, go back and change the settings however you want.
