I'm building a desktop for Suse 10.2, Fedora w/ Apache, and Win XP. I am about purchase a eVGA 6800 GS video card, and wanted to see if anyone knew about driver issues (or video card issues in general) with linux.

SNGX1275 03-14-2007, 12:42 PM It will ship with generic drivers, you'll have to get the real ones from nvidia. There are countless tutorials on how to do this. You need to worry about drivers if you want some fancy hardware acceleration or something like a dual-screen setup. |
