What the!?!

So I was just on google, and I saw a link at the bottom that said
"New! Get FREE breakthrough broadband with Google TiSP (BETA)."
and being the cheap, ahem, person that I am I clicked on it, and, to be honest, I'm very confused. I got this page (http://www.google.com/tisp/), read it, and clicked on "How TiSP Works" and became even more confused when I got this page. (http://www.google.com/tisp/install.html)
What the? Is this a joke or is Google really offering a broadband service you flush down your toilet???

This is yet another one of Google's April fools jokes.

Check out this page (http://www.google.com/tisp/notfound.html), and be sure to look at the links at the bottom.

".........offered entirely free to any consumer with a WiFi-capable PC and a toilet connected to a local municipal sewage system......."

".....including 24-hour, on-site technical support in the event of backup problems, brownouts and data wipes....."

Go here (https://www.google.com/accounts/ServiceLogin?service=mail&passive=true&rm=false&continue=http%3A%2F%2Fmail.google.com%2Fmail%2F%3Fui%3Dhtml%26zy%3Dl&ltmpl=paper_tlsosm_t&ltmplcache=2) and click on the Learn more about Gmail paper link. This is another hoax.
