Catalyst driver help

I'm using an LCD with a native res of 1920 x1080, connected through DVI and the newer-ish driver releases, 7.1 -7.3 have all given me black borders around my screen. I've tried tinkering with the display options and the only thing that works is forcing 1920 x1200, but then the text is all distorted. Anyone have any suggestions? Thanks.

You have a problem with your video graphics drivers, or the video memory available. Try disabling or removing current drivers, then install new download. If that doesn't work, go back to an earlier version of the drivers.
Still a problem? Check your video memory... and the setting for the card.

You could try using Omega Drivers.
