Help!!!

I came across an inspiron b130, after putting the password three times it shut down and now is unbootable. what can i do?

taking the cmos battery did not work and I cannot find the eeprom chip. I stripep the laptop to its bones and still have not idea whish one could it be. Any pics. Any Idea.
