Hello all.

I have a VPN question?

What does the error msg. "Failed to establish a secure connection" implies or means?

The above message is being received after entering username and password for authenication when attempting to connect via VPN.

I'm using Nortel Networks VPN Client.

I had used Cisco VPN as well, and have received the same above message.

Seeking an explanation and/or answer.

Jboman.

It means that something went wrong. It is a very generic error message and pretty useless. You should try to get some more detailed log information from your client or the server.
