Blue Screen Error code 1000008e + Some Random Restarts (No Blue Screen)

Hi everyone I'm hoping somebody can help.

I get this error every once and a while (From Eventvwr)

Error code 1000008e, parameter1 c0000047, parameter2 804fcdd8, parameter3 bacdf744, parameter4 00000000.

I'm running an AMD Athlon 64x2 3800+ on an ECS Nforce4-A939 board

1 Hard Drive (Check Disked with no problems) and 1 Video Card (8500 GT I think from MSI (Nvidia Chip)). I have the latest windows updates and bios for the chipset & video card. I have 4 gigs of ram which have all been scanned with memtest for about an hour and no errors were found.

I also started having this problem in the last few days. There was another thread which linked the dump to copperhd.sys which is a Razor mouse driver.

What mouse do you have? I am running RazorDeathadder with drivers from 1-2 months ago. It only seems to occur in games where I am clicking the mouse repeatedly as fast as possible.

1. check your ram with memtest 86+ for at least 7 passes.
2. Check your PSU with a tester TOOL and a multimeter.
3. Check your drivers.

any solutions found yet ?

I thin some conflict with OS & Graphic card driver !
