Recently my friend got a virus that has rendered her computer completely useless.
Her screen will fill with hundreds of spam email being scanned and blocked by norton. I was able to dl hijack this onto her computer and run a scan between closing the norton popups. Im hoping someone here can check out my log and give me some direction.
P.S please pardon my noobness if my post seems unprofessional but i am fully willing to follow any advice strictly.

Edit: her computer is also getting this winistr.exe popup which looks like its from winreanimator also... maybe the culprit

You need to post this over in the Security and the Web forums. There are many knowleageable people there that will help you.
