System specs
Based on what I've read, others that experience the same thing have found that deleting any instance of SiS 7012 on your HDD, performing a registry cleaner/optimizer scan and then defragmenting their HDD has worked.

Go to the SiS site and download the 7012 audio drivers to a folder you make on the Desktop.

In Control Panel, uninstall the audio driver.

In Control Panel, uninstall the audio controller.

Reboot.

Windows should find the Controller and want a driver - send it to the folder you made with the driver.

please run a windows update.

some of your onboard components are unresponsive.

start > Help and support
Pick a Task > Keep your computer up-to-date with Windows Update.

download & install everything that windows tell you to download.

reboot your computer & attach another dxdiag report to your next post.

also please download Everest free edition from the link below:
(keep everest standing by till needed)

Hmmn....still no change (unless you attached the latest report).

now,unpack the Everest,install & run.
save the report & attach to your next post.

this is strange,as your system model is likewise not detected.
are you aware of the model of your packard bell?
there's a sticker somewhere around the case.

if the Everest cant supply the info that we need, you have
to open your case to see the system model of your mainboard.

ok,check the motherboard model & paste it here.

likewise scroll down to the report & check the multimedia part.
that tells anything about the sound devices & display devices,
again paste it here.

also, check (open again the case) the serial number or part number of your motherboard.
it will help us get the driver pack from the manufacturers website.
