Penny Arcade is the only thing I read out of those - and only rarely. Does Strongbad count as a comic?

I just read 2 series regularly...

UserFriendly (as Didou) and RealLife Comics...

The latter is a quasi-blog-scifi series, which has it's moments, but a lot of it passes me by since I don't live in the US...

Elftor (dont go read elftor if you have a problem with bad language or are offended easily), user friendly, and sometimes JTHM.

I can believe no one has mentioned Homestar!

Oops. someone did. But at least I added a link. If you haven't seen it, you owe it to yourself to check it out.

I read Dilbert occationally - it kind of makes fun of a corporate environment and management, which is a lot of the crap I hear about in classes.
A bit off from comics but I do watch all the stongbad e-mails and also the red vs blue cartoons.

Yeah.. old topic, I know, but I have a new favorite now

Nemi

Unfortunately looks like MrGaribaldi and me are the only ones who understand this (well, he understands the language, maybe not humor). Maybe Per Hansson too.
