AVG has found 25 infections and put them all into the virus vault (or quarantine if you prefer) so they are safely out of the system. If you want to go into the virus vault and delete them permanently thats OK.

And since AVG found so many Trojans/Viruses/Worms, I would encourage you to put your system through the malware cleaning on>>

While AVG AV may remove these infections, it won't remove spyware/adware and it is most likely you have an assortment of that also.
