BSOD 0x0000007F

I've read up on it but can't figure it out the dreaded BSOD 0x0000007F.
I have my last 5 minidumps ziped and am going to attach them. If someone can assist my life will make sense again!! Thank you so much TechSpot!

I actually just crashed after I posted that. It was different

IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

Im sure you already know it begins a dump of physical memory. Im gonna go grab those drivers for my mb.. Ill google my mb specs.

I just got another BSOD it was the 0x07F

Different coding this time

(0x00000008$0XF7BOED2O, 0x0 , 0x0

Can be Ram related, you could try Memtest (for 7 passes)
Sometimes it's software like Norton AntiVirus or Virtual softwares, that needs to be uninstalled.
Can be a build up of Temp files. Running CCleaner is a good idea.
And it can be Malware related, good idea to run a full scan

so I figured I couldn't get the bsod to go away so I just formated the entire drive.
Good thing is the BSOD's stopped.
BAD THING is that when im trying to run a program that invloves date transfer from my computer to the internet 1 minute in the computer screen will go black and I will be and the beggining of the boot screen.
I DID replace the ram. Still didn't help..
Im going to post my minidumps again hopefully that will help

AND I HAVE UPDATED MOST OF MY DRIVERS!! INCLUDING MY NIC CARD

Im doing the add hardware wizard and it shows two Ethernet cards.
SiS 900-Based PCI Fast Ethernet Adapter
and
1394 Adapter

Probably same driver, who cares now

I'm thinking a new Network card !

Actually it is possible there's some program (Antivirus or Virtual drive, or maybe even Torrent software), that you have conflicting with your Network driver.

What AV do you have anyway (Here we go it's Norton lol)

Umm... No anti virus actually. Its a fresh format + install of windows. I think noton came with it on auto install.. I Cant find it in Add / Remove hardware
