Graphics card crash with OC

Hello All!!! I'm new to overclocking and decided to try overclocking using ATI overide the problem is even the smallest overclock causes it to crash... My question is... Is it just ATI Overide sucks? My card sucks? Or am I completly doing something wrong as I stated even the smallest Overclock causes it to crash. The temps at load are around 65c which isnt that much for a card...

Temps aren't the problem here.

I own an X1950Pro, and if its overclocking potential is anything like mine, you're outta luck, especially where the GDDR RAM speeds are concerned. Right now, I'm just happy with how quiet it is after blowing good money on awesome cooling hoping I'd overclock it.....
