Attached MiniDump is faulty
Please remove via Edit, advanced Edit, remove Attachment

Re-Confirm the MiniDump is found in location c:\windows\MiniDump folder
And attach (and zip up) a new one.

The Minidump file needs to have a filename.DMP extension
Yours does not

I tried putting the DMP extension on myself (Normally support do not do this)
It still did not work!

MiniDump is still faulty, and looks like same file exactly

I clicked on properties to see if the files had a dmp extention and they infact do.

maybe try deleting the old file and redownloading this one

I always do

Definately No Extension

Maybe you should do this

Create a new folder on the Desktop (New Folder is good!)
Click on your attachment and save it to the New Folder
Unzip it
Reply back with an apology

But very quick at replying (I don't believe that you are new to all this totally)

Anyway, here we go.

Please put your System Specs in your Profile (scroll down that page)

If you have a proprietory computer like Dell; HP; Acer etc, please manually write this in the mobo field (ie Dell Dimension 3100 - as an example)

Because you just wrote Toshiba Portable.

Click on this link, that will take you to your Drivers page:
http://www.csd.toshiba.com/cgi-bin/t...ceghdgngdgnj.0

Note: The link is huge (long) because, you just wrote Toshiba.

That was System Specs, with an S
Which includes things like:
What Windows Version ? (98? I was replying to a Win98 thread today strangely!)
And lots of other details in the Profile list.

Also
The example said Manufacture and Model Number
Portable, just means laptop (umm Not enough info)

There's no way at 14 I'd know all this (Mind you Laptops didn't exist then!)
So sorry if I've sounded a tad hard.
