Yo Ho, Pirate Bay Down?

Well, I was surfing around the web and decided that I would look up some stuff and tried to find it on the ****** Bay.org and noticed that it was particular that it wouldn't load. Further investigation showed that other users, this past month, have also had problems loading up the website. Although I am not a regular, moderate, or any sort of user of this website, unless you count looking at it for two minutes every five months, I found it interesting that when pinging the website in the command prompt, it had all packets successfully received, etc, and zero lost. I've alternatively tried removing my current host file, as I originally thought that the creators of the current host file I am using now had blocked the ****** bay, but that didn't seem to resolve the issue, either. It appears that I cannot access the web page either on I.E. 7, nor Firefox. Alternatively, I've tried using Google's web caching system in their search links to view the web page and it also resolves back nothing.

What gives? I can send packets to the selected domain name in a command prompt, but not view it?

Many people have noticed that the ****** Bay has had quite a lot of downtime lately. Some rumors say that the site may have been raided again, but in reality, The ****** Bay simply has trouble keeping up with the ever increasing traffic.
