Hi,

I have windows server 2003 Service pack 2 running on Intel DQ35JO motherboard with 4GB. It randomly reboots with STOP errors. I have checked memory using memtest x86 and it has passed with flying colours for 24hrs. I have attached minidump files hopefully someone can point me in the right direction.

These are some of the error events in event viewer.

You have 3 0xA errors 2 indicate "Memory Corruption" the other "Hardware".

You have a 0x7F error caused by "savrt.sys" this Driver is associated with Symantec Software in this case probably Norton and a 0xC4 error again caused by a Norton Driver "SPBBCDrv.sys"

Also the last one is a 0xD1 error caused by a Windows Kernel Driver "ntkrpamp.exe".

All problems seem to point towards Norton, try to Uninstall Norton and then use the Removal Tool On the link. - http://service1.symantec.com/Support...9?OpenDocument

Post back if you have anymore problems after Uninstalling Norton.

Thanks for the help it seemed to be "Symantec Corporate Antivirus" Tamper protection that was causing the machine to blue-screen. I turned off that feature and it does not blue screen anymore.
