Noted Memory corruption and ndis.sys
Try updating your network drivers (from your manufactures support page)

I installed network drivers from the manufactures site(If so can manufacturer's software is wrong-i mean error in manufacturer's software). What about memory do I need to do something regarding that.

Probably caused by : memory_corruption
DEFAULT_BUCKET_ID: VISTA_DRIVER_FAULT
PROCESS_NAME: winlogon.exe

You raise a good point !

Please run Memtest on your Ram for 7 Passes ( ~4Hrs)

Note this type of error can be caused by Antivirus software, and also Virus/Spyware activity. If Memtest does not show any errors, please provide information about which AntiVirus software you use.

Also, I could not open the report zip, states zip archive corrupt
