I need some help on graphics cards

Well i im looking for a graphics card since i have an integrated one and want to play wow or some new games.and i was wondering if anyone would recommend one for me
my specs are:
CPU:Amd Athlon XP 2000+(1.66 GHZ)
MOBO:my computer is from northgate and unfortunately they took down their website but my mobo model is KM266-8235
GPU port:AGP universal 4x/8x
PSU:max of 400w
 
I'm not real familiar with any of the high-end ATI AGP cards other than the HD2600. If you wanted to go with an nVidia card, a 6600/6800GT should run the game fine. The 7800GS would be the perfect choice but they are becoming hard to find. There may be some 7950GTs lying around as well...
