Hi jone24s

You need to post a new (and your own) thread as no one will really notice your problem posted here. Look at the start of this thread for How to Post a New Thread!

Yes me too

I went searching around before creating the quick HowTo, and found single post replies on other forums, which weren't too informative

I realized as many "Newcomers" were not forum gurus , and posting in any forum online can be quite difficult to find your way around (for the first time)

So that prompted this New Topic here

No probs mate, I'll ask about if anyone knows him, shouldn't be too hard to track him down
Oh and we pronounce "Colin" as "Coln" leaving out the "I"

He was Chairman of the Public Relations Committee of IMSSA last year
Last documented online here in 2008: http://www.minesurveyors.com.au/pdf/...iumMeeting.pdf

Now that's enough on finding people in the How To Post a New Topic guide

Faulty hard drive

Hi Tech Spot,
I am Lieutenant Colonel Osman Jonah Sesay from the Sierra Leone Army. I recently bought a new Toshiba Laptop Windows 7 together with a WD External Hard Drive (250 GB ). The drive worked initially and after few weeks it stopped functioning on my computer. Every time I insert it, the computer will say the drive needs formatting. Even when I tried to format it , it does not work. The computer says wrong parameter is being used. I have tried the drive in several computers and its the same problem . I need to store very important military documents as a back up. Please help
