Brastk and other problems

Let me start off saying thanks for your help.

I have gone throught the 8 steps, but I am still having trouble. I cannot run the MBAM and SAS without renaming them. MBAM shows a Trojan that keeps reappearing even though it says it is removing it. Also, I cannot go to certain websites: i.e., windowsupdate.mocrosoft.com, and others, I get an error message, "IE cannot display the web page."

Thanks again for any and all help.

Hi Craig

This is a prime example of the proper use of the 8 Steps

By doing it you have likely already fixed it.

Run HJT Scan only Select and remove the below!

O9 - Extra button: (no name) - {CD67F990-D8E9-11d2-98FE-00C0F0318AFE} - (no file)
O20 - Winlogon Notify: qoMebcdC - qoMebcdC.dll (file missing)

Reboot!

Rescan again with mbam until clean, post each log,

Post a HJT only after above,

Tell me how computer is running after this

Mike
