8 step completed: Still viruses rampant

Hello!

I've recently had an infection appear on my computer whereby a link to hxxp://url.adrgt.com/etc. would keep popping up every 30 secs or so. My Avast would occassionally detect viruses here and there. Then my browsers would run super slow. And I finally regained control today after avast was successful in deleting some of the viruses permanently. I have attached my logs and hopefully you can tell me what other steps I can take to remove any residual infection. After coming home from work, my roommate was using the computer so I decided to run SuperAntiSpyware again and it found more.

Avast also quarantined/deleted:
c:\windows\system32\zosiyaba.dll
c:\windows\system32\WINIl77.DLL
c:\docume~1\guyl~1\locals~1\temp\winasnet.tmp
and a few others

BTW I'm very impressed by the results so far with your 8 step process. Very standardized approach to detection and removal.
