My logs after 8-step malware removal

hello,
here are the requested logs.

before following the guide, here are some of the symptoms:

1.) no folder options - already fixed
2.) can't run regedit on run - fixed
3.) can't run cmd on run - fixed
4.) my lpt1 has been removed, i tried reinstalling it but i still can't print anything. an error message "printer is out of paper" always pops up. I tried using the printer on another computer and it prints just fine.
5.) when i double click my c: icon, blue screen appears with the error message "DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL"
6.) most of the time my programs become not responding when i close them

my pc is a lot better now after following your guide, but it's still not at the same performance level before my virus problem.

hope you can help me out some more.

thanks a lot techspot!

Please update Malwarebytes (the manual update is in the program, on the third tab across)
Then run another full scan

There has been Malwarebytes updates to the program's definitions that should now be used since you did this scan.
Reply back with updated log

Also re-run HJT, and tick and fix these three:

O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [kamsoft] C:\WINDOWS\system32\kamsoft.exe

Well all the scans, and still some Trojans are still showing
Place a tick in HJT new scan, against these, and then fix the entries:
Quote:
O2 - BHO: Ask Search Assistant BHO - {0579B4B1-0293-4d73-B02D-5EBB0BA0F0A2} - C:\Program Files\AskSBar\SrchAstt\1.bin\A2SRCHAS.DLL [COLOR="DimGray"](note this one is not exactly a Trojan)[/COLOR]
O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [kxva] C:\WINDOWS\system32\kxvo.exe
O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [kamsoft] C:\WINDOWS\system32\kamsoft.exe
O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [vamsoft] C:\WINDOWS\system32\vamsoft.exe
O23 - Service: Network Connections (Netman) - Unknown owner - C:\Program Files\websrv\websrv.exe
After restart, find those files (ie Search) and remove them
