You can try setting a small fixed page file if it is presently either large or managed by Windows.

start, right click My Computer, click Properties, Advanced,Performance (Settings), Advanced and Change -set the max and min page file to 512 or even 256.

Reboot.

2 Route44 Tommorow will find CD-R(W) and will boot from there Memtest and test my RAM in boot.
2 CCT Putted 512 to max and 256 to min. Will test it.
PS My paging file were on managed by Windows(before it was 1024 - 2048). And it stoped to crash often. Now it crashes if i will tab often between explorer and War3.
PSS I've skipping by now CHKDSK utility because on 2nd stage it crashes my PC and it is going to reboot with Error loading OS. I think that if it will move that index my system will be fully crashed again. I've seen this befor on my PC when CHKDISK killed my Windows because of some moved files.

Are you about HDD? If so - no, now only one. But can connect second(simmilar - Barracuda SATA 80 GB).
PS changing paging file size stopped lags(low performance) on switching between War3 and explorer. We are on the right way =)
PSS will try to test again my HDD by kaspersky. If he won't reboot PC - the problem may be solved.

You can connect the second drive, put a page file on it of fixed size 2048 min AND max, then remove the pagefile from C: drive completely.

It may well be that your C: drive is trying to write page file data to a bad blocks(s) on the C: drive.

Kaspersky rebooted PC with 1003 error. But other programms works stable.
PS That won't work, because it finds bad blocks in that HDD too(and even now, i've tryed to check it too with CHKDSK and a lot of files were moved). That HDD were with OS some time earlier(after crash in raid0 mode) and the same happened.

If you've got bad blocks on that harddrive and a full harddrive diagnostics utility can't repair, its time to back up all your important information and buy a new HD or buy a whole new system as you've talked about.

Route44 is correct - THEN, however, I would try to save the drives one last time by doing full formats (1 at a time) and attempt an OS install on each, then chkdsk before even updating.

Will give archive HDD to anouther person, he will test it again. But last test showed that there was no errors.
Just forgot about RAID Controller or HDD =) I'm already knew that they can work bad.
Just let start to think that for now they are fine, we will return to it later, when all other variants, that can cause this problem, will be disabled.
PS about corrupted files on archive HDD. I've have 10 Gb of musik on it. And I've copy-pasted it to my new system. All musik is fine.

Hello everyone,
I have similar problem. I've got blue screen with system error (102), event ID: 1003.
Error code 1000008e, parameter1 c0000005, parameter2 bf9377a3, parameter3 a9d838fc, parameter4 000000000.
I'm using the program NetOP School Class. There isTeacher computer, which demonstrates his actions on the monitors of Students' computers. Everything works fine, till I try to end demonstration. As soon as I click command "end session", blue screen appears with Memory Dump error.
Anny suggestions?

Airinne, it would be best if you started a new thread. Describe you problem, give us details about the system being used. The Error in the Event Viewer will probably look something like this:
Event Type: Error
Event Source: System Error
Event Category: (102)
Event ID: 1003
Date: Today
Time: Now
User: N/A
Computer: Yours
Description:
Error code 1000008e, parameter1 c0000005, parameter2 bf9377a3, parameter3 a9d838fc parameter4 00000000.

Start> Run> type in eventvwr
Quote:
Do this on each the System and the Applications logs:
1. Click to open the log>
2. Look for the Error>
3 .Right click on the Error> Properties>
4. Click on Copy button, top right, below the down arrow
5. Paste here (Ctrl V)
Ignore Warnings.

In you case, it would also be helpful to post the memory dumps: See these instructions:
http://forums.majorgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=35246

Someone who is experienced in reading the minidumps will then assist you.

The 0x8e error is usually hardware related. If it is a driver, then minidumps will point to it.

Changing page file size removed random reboot(2 days of uptime). Thank you all for helping in my trouble! You are great!
PS Can I improve performance of my computer? Because it is having low performance when I run many progs in passive mode. And, of course, without buying new RAM(it will be hard to find DDR 1 and it will be too expensive)
PSS will run RAM test and will give my HDD on tests too. It is certanly my SATA\RAID controller.

Nadoedalo: The first thing you need to improve the performance is to get BOTH hard drives either fully checked or replaced.

Which means data transferred off, perhaps use your 'spare' and reformat it and reinstall the OS and see if you have problems.

The manual for that board (I downloaded it) is the old style where they mention stuff but don't offer much guidance. What I mentioned earlier is my 'best guess' at what you would want.

Surf some for that particular board and you may get some help from people with the same motherboard.
gl anyway - glad TechSpot helped some

Download and install SIW which is a great little utility that is totally free and safe. It will tell you your motherboard as well as what type of RAM and the amount you can install.

Also, go to www.crucial.com and let them scan your system (free and safe) and they will tell you the type and how much RAM you can add.

Geet back to us with the results.

WinXP - from disk(will install Vista in a couple of weeks)
Other - are freshly downloaded from official website.
So the trouble were in some procces of WarCraft? Fuf...

And anouther - can bad-downloaded(corrupted archive) of game in .iso file freeze(no bsod and no rebood. just stops, and no error event) my PC, when i'm trying to install it from virtual CD-ROM ith the help of Daemon tools? It also happens when it is trying to check that disk.
PS and one more - is it safe to connect old HDD into my new PC? Just to safe my files.

There are LOTS of posts around about ati3duag.dll BSOD's.

I find this one very interesting;

http://74.125.113.132/search?q=cache...lnk&cd=3&gl=ca

As to using Daemon Tools and virtual drives - some people on some platforms have no issues, others are plagued with problems.

I generally try to stick with basic OS components and issues. The Daemons home site might be a better place for troubleshooting the issue.
