If you start your computer in safe mode does the explorer.exe problem still happen?

A couple programs you should get before starting up in safe mode if you can areCcleaner and Malwarebytes Install malwarebytes and update the program before starting up in safe mode as well if you can. If not, download the manual update for Malwarebytes HERE Do a virus scan in safe mode..after that has finished do a scan with malwarebytes..after that has finished run ccleaner and clean your computer then on the left hand side of the Ccleaner window you will see a blue cube..click that and scan for issues and fix any issues it finds (You may need to do that a few times before it will come back clean)

After doing the above stated please post back and let us know if the issue persists or has been taken care of.
