Changing Jobs

I've worked as a draftsman and a CAD Tech for 14 years, I just made a career move, I took a position with Desktop Support in with my same company. I'll be charge of our Florida offices, approx. 100 people. I would like for things to run smoothly, with minimum computer issues. Any advice or comments on how to achieve this.

Thanks,

Be innovative, design a new approach, or new idea in handling things

I'll probably continue to use this forum for info, but my "Clients" are basically on lock down, they don't have admin clearance. They cant load any kind of programs.

I would like to perform some sort of maintenance system to keep there computers running at optimum speed. When they are down, the company isn't making a profit.
