MA790FX-DQ6 and Phenom 9850 OC Problem

Hi everybody,
i have recently bought a Tuniq tower 120-flb cpu cooler to overclock my phenom 9850 BE. in system bios setting, cpu multiplier increased to 14x , cpu clock 210, Ram voltage to 2.1 V ,Ram unghaned mode, Cpu core Voltage 1.4-1.6 V selected. after a reset and checking cpu temperrature in syetem health in bios it was around 36-38 and so everything seems well at that step. but at windows loading in startup or sometimes after complete windows booting system is very unstable. could anyone help me to find proper setting for my pc OC?

System specs
Sounds like youve overclocked the cpu too far, reduce your overclock by 5 - 10mhz at a time until the system is stable.
