Thing is doesn't say what happened to the other two

well for step 3 I need to know what anti virus you use so I can you thought step 3
in the mean time make sure you have
malware bytes for step 4 http://www.malwarebytes.org/mbam.php
and super anti spyware for step 5 http://www.superantispyware.com/
It is important that you do step 3 before the other as they may not work properly

this is really easy, open Avira you will clearly see 'avir vir gurad' click deactivate (told ya)
before you do this you need to make sure you are not connected to the internet as you are not fully protected
if you haven't already install and UPDATE
Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware
SuperAntiSpyware Home Edition

step 4 is malware bytes install and run full scan
then you need to save the log file that comes up after the scan and post it
- If you accidently close it, the log file is saved here and will be named like this:
- C:\Documents and Settings\Username\Application Data\Malwarebytes\Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware\Logs\mbam-log-date (time).txt

Step 5 SuperAntiSpyware Home Edition
again full scan and post log

Obtain the SuperAntiSpyware log as follows:
Click on 'Preferences'.
Click on the 'Statistics/Logs' tab.
Under 'Scanner Logs' double click on 'SuperAntiSpyware Scan Log'.
It will then open in your default text editor, such as Notepad.

for both of those the full scan option is clear to see when you first load up the programe
you can now re activeate the gurad on anti virus and contect to the internet

if you need help with the last steps ask but just reading the 8-step should do UPDATED 8-step Viruses/Spyware/Malware Preliminary Removal Instructions

I wouldn't suggest a reformt yet as It may be the motherboard so a re formate isn't going to do much

If you have reformatted (a billion times) and you can't find a setting in the bios to enable or disable the "voice", it has to be a problem with the motherboard or power supply... maybe both. I have heard of the motherboards that have a "voice" but I have never seen one in person... I don't care to see one either! An LED display is enough for me. Delete 1, 2,3, 6, 9 and 10, but all this is really irrelevent at this point

Updating bios is tricky, but it might help your problem. As long as the bios is updated successfully, you won't loose anything. If the bios update fails, you might loose everything including the motherboard.

You could try connecting a known working hard drive (from another computer) to the troubled computer. If it boots and works fine then you know that your hardware is probably working fine.
