BCCODE F4 - Vista Ultimate x64

The past few days I have been getting this BSOD constantly, whether I am using the computer or not. I have even gone as far as a complete reinstall of the OS and I am still getting this problem. I have tried analyzing these minidumps with windbg but it doesn't give me any useful information other than it was caused by csrss.exe and wininit.exe. I am up to date on all updates.

System specs
What are your complete compter specs? I would start troubleshooting by checking or replacing your systems memory
