i installed a new hard drive and decided to partition it during the install. The first problem i have is that the smaller partition became the primary hard drive and the remaining larger space went unallocated. i then went in to manage the drive and allocate it, which i was able to do, but when i tried to access it i had an error that the drive had incorrect parameters and couldn't be opened. i would like to remedy this and end up with two accessable drives. i'm running xp media edition btw.
