Both errors with definition are 0x7E: SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED
A system thread generated an exception which the error handler did not catch. There are numerous individual causes for this problem, including hardware incompatibility, a faulty device driver or system service, or some software issues. Are you using COMODO Disk Encryption? In both minidumps they cited the same driver cderaw.sys and which belongs to this software. However, when I went to read more on the driver Comodo blocked me from their forums as I didn't have access conscerning this driver. |

Even if you haven't used it the drivers are still present. Uninstall and tell us if the same issues occur. Make sure it is fully uninstalled without any remaining drivers present.

Thank you very much for your time, I uninstalled the software and did a successful system back up. I will be notifying Comodo Tech Support of the issue and giving them the information.
In all of the time using Comodo software that was my very first issue. So I consider myself blessed. Again thank you. btw the back up software I was using was Runtime Softwares DriveImage xml |
