Can anyone help me with this problem?

The fault is with your Sound driver
You can try updating it to the latest version, some help with drivers here: http://www.techspot.com/vb/topic117607.html I also believe updating to SP3 may also fix the fault Let me know how you go

Thank you for the response. But:
I use 2 sound cards: the one integrated into the mother board and a Creative Soundblaster. is it the Creative drivers ? |

It is the RealTek sound driver
|

But the onboard audio chip is VIA. not Realteck. the Realteck chip is the network one. So is it the network chip (the Realteck) or the audio chip ? (the VIA).
