This is still false, the Wall Street Journal article is based on a Q&A Verizon CEO Ivan Seidenberg. The interview took place at D7 weeks ago and was finally published in the Wall Street Journal. If you take a look on the everythingpre.com forums this has been talked about almost over a week ago! OLD HACK! It is not confirmed if anyone else will be getting the phone and depending on sprints sales, theyre contract can be extended. This just goes with all those other rumors of the Iphone for Verizon. etc.
Verizon simply has interest in the Pre and Palm is not talking to them until January. It COULD be 7 months at the soonest but dont get your hopes up. It might turn into 17 months
