8-Step Virus Remove

As part of the previous post and instructions for 8-step virus/malware/spyware removal - techspot.com/vb/topic58138.html, I have followed the procedures and now attaching the log files. Any response is greatly appreciated. Wondering if I got this nailed shut or not.

Please break out the logs and attach them to the next reply separately. I need logs for:
Malwarebytes
Superantispyware
HijackThis.

The steps are here: http://www.techspot.com/vb/topic58138.html
