Between a built in battery, a ludicrous price tag, and a now an inferior display I am now much more happy I just got a plain MacBook last year. Not to mention it puts out 1080p from a Single-Link DVI adapter just fine.

Something is wrong with this MacBook Pro line, the last ones didn't see these issues.

I'm sorry to say this, but if that guy needs such a precise display and quality, then a desktop is far more recommended.
I clearly don't think he would work on the move or that he doesn't have a capable PC/Mac @ work.

This whole "Pro" BS is just to make people think they are using "professional" stuff and that it's of the highest quality. Wrong! As most OEMs, it's money first and consumer satisfaction later.
