Hi there,

Can you please attach your minidump files so that someone can help you further. They should be located.

Start > My Computer > Local Disk C: > Windows > Minidump

Please attach 3-4 to your next post

No problem,

Have looked up your error ID and found that the Blue screen is actually 0x0000000A: IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

I'd suggest as a starting point to run memtest on your memory and rule out faulty system RAM. Here is a tutorial on using the program. Make sure it passes for a minimum of 7 passes, most people leave the scan running overnight to get the best results

Most people hate computers when they don't work

Just keep persevering, now its our problem to diagnose it for you

The vista memory diagnostic is as comprehensive as memtest.

I'd suggest running memtest on the system RAM before ruling it out
