Hi,
I have a Windows 2003 server with SP2 that is randomly crashing and creating a memory dump file. I have uploaded the two minidump log files. I am no expert in this field but looking at the output it looks like mfehidk.sys is the culprit? Or could it be faulty memory? I would really appreciate you taking a look. Regards, winkaway |

The driver mfehidk.sys belongs to your McAfee; this driver comes up from time to time as the cause for crashes.
I would first do a virus scan because your McAfee may have been compromised. ESET's NOD32 online scanner is free, safe, and very good. You will need to let them load their Acxtive X. Second, you could uninstall and reinstall McAfee. Third, try updating McAfee. Fourth, if none of the above works then consider uninstalling McAfee and use better security options that take up less resources. |
