It would be good if we knew what kind of computer you had. That way we can better pinpoint what your problem is.
Since you say that it only happens when you 'do' things you may have an issue in your processor or RAM.
Does your computer beep or give a strange message at startup? If it beeped it probobly woudln't turn on but I'm gonna ask anyway.
