Blue screen in Windows XP Pro

Hi, i have recently started to get blue screens where the PC performs a memory dump and restarts. The Error Message in the Event Log is :-

Error code 0000009c, parameter1 00000000, parameter2 8054d5f0, parameter3 c4584000, parameter4 00000136.

I have not added any new hardware or software recently and am confused as to what is wrong - any pointers as to where i should be looking for a fault would be most appreciated.

Thanks.
