Took a quick glance at the "100 Dirtiest Sites." Unless you're an Internet novice who doesn't know better (and those are the one's who get nailed with viruses), I think most people would be smart enough to avoid those sites given their names.
A lot of trojan/virus protection boils down to using just plain old common sense.
