error 0x00000024

I have a problem with my windows. i cannot even enter safe mode. an error with blue screen will appear. i tried to do recovery using the windows XP diskboot, but once the disk want to setup windows, the blue screen appear again. i cannot do anything on it.Please help.

A problem occurred within NTFS.SYS, the driver file that allows the system to read and write to NTFS file system drives. Other common causes include heavy hard drive fragmentation, heavy file I/O, problems with some types of drive-mirroring software, or some antivirus software.
