Vista 64bit blue screen. Some help please

Hi,
i was the happy owner of a HP HDX 16 series until
he gave me the first blue screen yesterday. Today (like 30 min ago) is started up my pc opened Utorrent and whent to take a shower. When i came back windows said id had shutdown. This is the info windows gave me :

Bug Check 0x3B: SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION

According to Microsoft this one isusually due to graphics drivers. Update your video card drivers. Make sure you are not infected.
