Sorry to do this but I am at my wits end. Every time I do a Google search on Firefox or IE I get redirected to multiple spam sites. I have tried many virus detection programs including Super anti spyware, Malwarebytes, spyware doctor, Comodo etc and they come up clean.

I am new to this but I think I have followed the 8 posting steps. I would really appreciate some advice. Thanks

While waiting for assistance I looked through other threads and saw that ComboFix was often used so gave it a nervous try. It took over an hour to complete the scan but identified a couple of viruses which it cleaned. Since then no redirect yet so hopefully fixed (fingers crossed). Have posted the log as it might be of interest to others and in case there is anything else I should do to clean up and/or prevent reinfection.
