Random BSOD's and even more random stop errors
I've been getting random BSOD's recently and my PC was set to automatically reboot so I never made note of the error codes! I have sice turned off the auto-restart and noted the error codes. Below are the most recent from the past couple of days.....
IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR _EQUAL. When did you buy this TriGem computer, and have you contacted them.
I worry about any computer built by TriGem as they are closely affiliated with the often failing eMachines models... and often failing hard drive failures. Their motherboards go bad as they age and curl... What you describe is typical of the motherboard problems. In many cases, Tri-Gem makes the motherboards designed by Intel and others, in their own factory under license to the original manufacturer. Of these "licensed" boards, we have found failure rates as high as 65%. Document all contact efforts. I would immediately keep documentation on all contacts, and with the seller. |

I admit that this machine is getting on a bit now, as technology goes anyway, but in all sincerity I have had no problems at all with this TriGem computer. I havent contacted them as it is well out of warranty! Thanks to you guys for your responses, just thought I would make note of this BSOD error received on booting up tonight, it's a new one to me and a bit unusual...
STOP: OXOOOOOO8E (0XC0000005, 0XA6935712,0XA6B2271C, 0X0000000) NAVES15,SYS - Address A6935712 BASE AT A68D9000, DATESTAMP 4a8f840f. Would this make any further sense at all?? |
