Which Antivirus and Personal 3rd party Firewall are you using?
Do you have other protection apps starting with Windows?

If you can get to Safe Mode, uninstall your 3rd party Firewall, and then run a few Malware scans from this guide: http://www.techspot.com/vb/topic58138.html
If you want your logs checked you will need to create a New Topic in the Virus & Malware removal forum

By the way, I'm thinking faulty personal firewall or Malware infection

Thank you for answer!

We have McAfee and any firewall, this protected in the LAN with other hardware on the edge.

Do you think that this could be a File system problem?
